New Volunteers: After you have contacted our Volunteer Coordinator or have signed up to volunteer, it is important that you complete the Volunteer Application and Code of Conduct form. These forms must be filled out before one starts volunteering for the Friendship Circle.

Current Volunteers: The Friendship Circle is in the process of updating records and thus needs EVERY volunteer to fill out the Volunteer Application and Code of Conduct form. We appreciate your cooperation.
