Our Vision

Our Mission

Our Work

We envision a world free of mental health stigma, where every person is able to seek the support they need without fear of judgment and with a community in their corner.

We empower young people to take their mental health into their own hands, building a network of support around themselves in order that they know where to turn when life’s challenges feel too hard to face alone.

Through multimedia workshops, support groups and more, teens develop the tools to cope with life’s hardships and create a more inclusive, supportive community.

Friendship Circle volunteers give tirelessly of themselves to create a community of support and friendship for people with special needs. Now, it’s our turn to give them the support they need.
