Each year, Friendship Circle hosts a mandatory volunteer kickoff and workshop for our teen volunteers. The aim of these seminars is to give our volunteers valuable information and hands-on practice in effectively working with our participants. These seminars are mandatory for all FC volunteers, and highly encouraged for those interested in becoming a volunteer!
Fall 2024 Volunteer Kickoff at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center was a blast. We enjoyed having all new AND returning volunteers join us for a fun filled event they learned about our programs, met fellow volunteers, and partook in exciting carnival games and prizes!
