Teen Talks offers a safe, judgment-free environment for teens to come together and discuss challenges around mental health with their peers. They pair facilitated conversations around relevant issues with mindfulness activities such as cooking, crafting, and movement, and are open to all teens!

Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, this 2-part series will help teens learn the tools and techniques needed to manage their mental health effectively. 

Snacks and good company are provided. Feel free to bring a friend, or come on your own! 

Teens do not need to have been previously involved with UMatter or Friendship Circle to attend.
